While the bluebonnets still look good and haven't gone to seed yet, I took a short video with my phone. You can hear the birds calling for mates in the background.
Bluebonnets are show up on a lot of blogs. I liked your phone video, I never tried it with mine. I wish they would grow here, they seem so country and old fashioned a flower.
Ya, I feel kinda bad about posting so much about bluebonnets, but their stint is relatively brief. Also, they're ugly when they go to seed, and you don't have the option of cutting them back if you want some for next year!
Doing video with the phone is soooo easy and convenient. Doesn't look all that great but meh...
I still want them!
ReplyDeleteI'll post them when they go to seed so you can see the ugly side of this plant!
DeleteBeautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteGorgeous! Looking forward to taking a drive on the "Bluebonnet Trail" this year. So great to find your blog. Love it:)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I hope you get your fill of wildflowers!
