SUPER HAPPY FUN CUPCAKE HAT

Here's the mini top hat I made for the brunch:
Hello Kitty ribbon and all. I found the bow at a party supply store, and it's supposed to be for gifts. It's pretty cute in a kawaii sort of way. It's not supposed to be serious or even particularly classy - just fun.
