Free Admission to Wildflower Center

Today marks the first day that the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center has free admission for the rest of the month, and winter is a good time to see all the succulents.  The hours and days are:
Closed Monday
9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday
Noon to 5:30 p.m. Sunday
 The center is located at:
4801 La Crosse Ave.
Austin, Texas 78739
If you aren't a member, have visiting guests, or know people without memberships, this is a great opportunity to visit.

    I do believe a road trip will be in my future this month! I'll have to figure out the girl's volleyball scheudles and then we'll work the drive to Austin in.

    We were there 10 years ago (went to a wedding in Austin and I demanded a trip to Lady Bird's!) and just loved it. wish I could go with you this month.
